WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY OF A RESERVATION?
During the weekend the minimum required are two nights, and bank holidays have to be booked entirely.
During the low season on weekdays there is no minimum stay. From middle July to late August the minimum stay is one week, but it can be other possibilities depending on the calendar.
WHAT ARE THE CHEK-IN AND CHEK-OUT TIMES?
In July and August the check-in is from 5 p.m. and the check-out is before 12 a.m.
The rest of the year if there are no bookings for the same day, earlier check-in and later check-out may be possible.
Consult us before.
In the high season, if you want to arrive before the time of chek-in or leave after the check-out, whenever it is possible, you have to pay the price of half a day.
THE PRICE OF THE STAY INCLUDES THE TOURIST TAX? AND THE VAT?
No, the tourist tax are paid only for people from 17 years old and for a maximum of 7 nights. The tax amount is 0,66€ pers./night (VAT included).
The VAT is included in the price of stay.
HOW DO I CONFIRM THE RESERVATION?
You have to pay approximately the 50% of the total amount, then you will receive an email with the confirmation of reservation, the check-in and check-out times, and how to reach the house.
HOW CAN I PAY MY STAY IN COLLCERVERA?
In cash and / or bank transfer
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
In case of cancellation 30 days before the reservation the amount you have paid will be returned.
If the cancellation is made within 30 before the reservation we try to book it to another customer and if we succeed in it you can use the amount you have paid for another stay during the current year.
If we don’t succeed in booking the house to another customer then you lose the amount you have paid.
If the cause of the cancellation is lockdown because of COVID-19 the deposit you have paid will be refunded.
THE HOUSES ARE FULLY EQUIPPED?
We have equipped the houses with all we have considered necessary to have a confortable stay.
They have household linen: towels, tablecloths, napkins, sheets, blankets and pillows. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook, serve the food and clean the dishes. In the bathroom you have towels, toilet paper and hand soap. All windows are protected with mosquito net and blinds or curtains.
IS THE FIREWOOD AND THE CHARCOAL INCLUDED?
Firewood, charcoal and firelighters cubes are included in the price of stay. If you need more than you have in the house you will have to buy it or we can also provide more, if you ask us before, and you will have to pay for it.
DO THE HOUSES HAVE WIFI?
Yes, all the houses have WI-FI, but it has limitations as it is a rural wifi and the coverage is affected by the kind of old building.
ARE THE HOUSES INDEPENDENT?
The accommodations of Collcervera are distributed into three nearby houses but each has its own particular outdoor space, independent of the other accommodations. Two are terraced apartments inside the old house of Collcervera and the two other are isolated houses. So, they are like a small town of 4 houses, with sorroundings and some shared spaces. Collcervera is close to the surfaced road that comunicates to the nearest village and with the C-16 highway. You reach Collcervera by a short stretch of forest road drivable by all sort of vehicles.
WE NEED AN ADAPTED HOUSE. WHAT DO YOU OFFER US?
La Foranca is an adapted house for 4 people entirely adapted and accessible for people with reduced mobility. You acces it by a ramp and the bathroom is fully prepared and it has the appropriate measures to move with a wheelchair. The outdoor are not the most suitable to move with wheelchair, but it is possible to move with it. In the case of blind guests, we accept guide dogs without cost. If you need any other special service to make your stay more confortable, consult us.
AT WHAT AGE DO CHILDREN PAY?
Children from 0 to 2 ages do not pay. From 3 years old children already need a bed and they are considered one more pax
IF WE COME WITH BABIES WE HAVE TO BRING THE COT?
There is no need, in Collcervera we have cots and high chair without cost. Consult us the availability.
COULD WE ADD SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS?
In some houses we can put additional beds in some of the bedrooms, you can consult the information of each one. For each additional bed it must be paid an extra of 16€ per night and you have to request it previously. It is not allowed inflatable beds nor supplementary beds which are not of the house.
COULD WE BRING PETS?
We love animals, but in order to ensure the good maintainment of the spaces and because the rest of guests feel confortable it is necerssary to meet certain conditions. You have to notify previously. Dangerous dogs are not allowed. It must be paid an extra of 20€ per pet/stay for cleaning costs. Guide dogs are exempt of extra rate. For most safety, remember to keep the animals controlled all the time and to carry them with the health card updated. They are not allowed to access to the shared spaces nor to stay alone in the house. In case of any incident or damage, the responsibility will always be of its owner.
COULD VISITORS COME TO SPEND THE DAY?
Visitors are allowed to spend the day in Collcervera but you have to ask for permission to the owner. In case of both parts agreed, visitors have to pay an extra rate of 7€ per person.
WHEN COULD WE USE THE SPACE FOR GROUPS? SHOULD WE RENT IT?
When a group of a minimum of 15 people need more than one a house to accommodate they can use a dining and living room to reunite. It is included in the total price. As this living room is an annex of the house La Vinya, it is necessary that one of the rented houses is this one to be able to use it. Besides, it is possible to rent the space for groups paying 100€ if the group of people is of less than 15 people, as long as the rented house is La Vinya.
COULD WE PERFORM A CELEBRATION?

WHERE CAN I BUY GROCERIES?
The nearest village is Olvan, which is at 2 Km. Is a small village with only one grocer’s shop. Three kilometers more away there is Gironella, close to the C-16 highway, where you will find all kind of shops and restaurants.
